So we bought Kelsey a highchair...guess Paige thought it was for her. She climbed up, sat herself down, and asked me to put raisins on her tray.

My kids are fish...they love water! We recently took down our above ground pool because of a leak, so while we wait to replace it they kids are enjoying this little blow-up pool. I think Connor still thinks he's in his big pool with all the jumping he does.

The kids came home from school just as I was finishing up washing the car. That led to an impromptu hose fight in the front yard with the kids still dressed in their school clothes--Kelsey watches from a safe distance.

Kelsey joined her big sisters for their first combined tubby time. I don't plan on doing this too often as it was a little tight, but as soon as Kelsey is sitting up all three girls will be enjoying the suds together.

Most nights Kelsey sleeps in her crib the whole night through, but every once in a while she'll wake up to nurse and falls asleep with me in the bed. I don't mind sharing a bed with her because this is what I wake up to...her beautiful little face.

I've spent the past few days pruning the bottom of the huge drake elm in our front yard and it's created a beautiful canopy of shade for us. I decided to lay a big blanket down and spread out some toys for Kelsey to play with as we waited for the kids to get home from school. Miss Kelsey sat for the first time, all by herself ( only a few seconds at a time but it was still amazing to see).

It's time to celebrate! I've managed to photograph my family everyday this year and to commemorate that I decided to do something a little different. With iPhones and camera phones now-a-days, snapping photos of our family has become so easy. I'm guilty of grabbing my phone over my camera all the time. I'm constantly shuffling through all the images, deleting repeats and watching old videos when I realized that many of these memories could be lost if anything happened to my phone. So, I loaded all 900 images/videos to my home computer and chose some of my favorites to post below...100 photos to be exact!

Easter Day...perfect weather, happy children, and delicious dinner and desserts. We don't get many days like this--everyone in one place just relaxing and enjoying each other. Even though we stayed home and had a quiet family dinner, I still wanted to get the kiddos all dressed up and staged an impromptu portrait session. The jasmine was blooming along our back fence, making for the perfect backdrop to my spring portraits. This is the first "formal" picture of all for of our children...it's not perfect but the fact that they were all happy and still for long enough was what made this picture worth it.

Connor and Kelsey have such a special bond as oldest and youngest. Kelsey lights up when Connor is around and Connor can't help but love on her every chance he gets.
