Week Two | January 8 through 14

Sunday, January 8, 2012 - Mommy's little helpers

The girls always enjoy helping mommy and the dishwasher is one place they love. Instead of getting frustrated that the girls and our wonderful dog are always under food, I let them play--taking the silverware in and out and moving the dishes from top to bottom.

Monday, January 9, 2012 - Dancing in the sunlight

It's the quiet moments...a rarity in our house...that I love the most. Paige was in her room (all by herself) singing and playing. I love the way the light hit her face and her cute little button nose.

Tuesday, January 10, 2012 - Let's get physical

It was a chilly morning and the perfect opportunity to try-out Kelsey's new leg warmers. As soon as I put them on her I had this overwhelming need to sing "Let's get Physical".

Wednesday, January 11, 2012 - Campfire fun

What's better then roasting marshmallows over an open fire in this chilly weather? Doing it with my little guy!

Thursday, January 12, 2012 - Say Cheeeese

Unfortunately this is a cell phone pic which is strange since I spend the entire day photographing a couple for their engagement session in Downtown St. Augustine. We stopped for dinner at Pizzalley's...this is the Garbage Can pizza and it was sooooo yummy!

Friday, January 13, 2012 - Proud big brother

Today was Connor's Pride Assembly were he received and award for Honor Roll as well as Terrific Kid. I snapped a few pics of him on stage and some of him holding his awards, but it was this moment that I love the most. He was so excited to show off his little sister and answering all their questions.

Saturday, January 14, 2012 - I see the light

Our little Paigey is quite the crazy little girl and keeping lamps and nightlights in her room is impossible. So we bought a nightlight that you install in an electrical outlet that's flush with the wall. The most interesting part of this whole DIY is Pete though he could remove the plug outlet and install the light without turning the power off. How many times was he shocked you ask? 4 :)
